Useful information about your stay at the Bonfanti Design Hotel

Check-in and check-out
Check-in is possible from 3:00 p.m. on your day of arrival.
We kindly ask that you check out by 10.30 a.m. on your day of departure.

Booking confirmation
Your booking becomes binding when you receive our written confirmation by e-mail or fax after paying the deposit.
For day spa visits to the Bonfanti wellness area, simply send an email with your treatment request and desired date to beauty@no-spam.bonfanti-hotel.no-spam.com. We will reply as soon as possible.

Cancellation policy
If you need to cancel your reservation, please inform us promptly. The following terms apply in case of cancellation.

• In case of cancellation up to 30 days before arrival, the deposit paid will be refunded.
• From 29 to 15 days prior to arrival, we charge 50% of the booking price
• From 14 to 8 days prior to arrival, we charge 80% of the booking price
• From 7 days prior to arrival, we charge the full booking price.

We recommend taking out our travel cancellation insurance, available for you at a convenient price, to cover for any loss that may result from cancellation

Meal hours
A rich breakfast buffet is served from 7.30 to 10.30 a.m.
The À-la-carte restaurant is open daily from noon to 2 p.m.
Afternoon snack from 2.30 to 5 p.m.
Dinner is served in our restaurant from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Payment
We accept payment in cash and most debit or credit cards (except American Express and Diners). Please be aware that cash payment limits of 4999,99 € may apply.

Smoking
Please be informed that smoking is prohibited in all the rooms and common areas. You may smoke on the balcony and terrace and in the outside areas.

Pets are not allowed.
